Estimated shipment dates are listed at the end of each product description.
These dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes.
Delays may occur due to our Fair Trade production process, including small-batch manufacturing and artisan techniques.
Delivery estimates are updated on the product page where required.
Customers may contact customer care for updates.
By purchasing a Made To Order item, you accept these terms.

CUSTOM LEATHER

Custom leather pieces are made to order through our custom color service and are considered final sale. Due to the personalised nature of these items, they are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

Each custom piece is individually produced in your selected leather and colour, and may vary slightly from standard production runs. We work with small-batch and artisan manufacturing processes, so minor variations in texture, tone, and finish are part of the natural character of the leather.

Estimated production and shipment timeframes are provided at the time of purchase and are indicative only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays may occur as part of our production process. Updates will be provided where required.

By purchasing a Custom Leather item, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We offer size exchanges (subject to availability) or store credit only.
Refunds are only issued if an item is confirmed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
Items purchased from the sale section are considered final sale.

Full priced items purchased with a discount code remain eligible for return for store credit or exchange, in line with the returns policy above.

All returns must meet the following conditions:
Customer care must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached
Items marked, damaged or soiled will not be accepted

We are not responsible for items until they are received and approved.
We reserve the right to repair any garment.
Altered garments are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all full price items. Shipping costs will apply to sale items and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or Australia Post depending on location.
Tracking details are provided once dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for store credit only.

SALES & DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
We do not backdate promotions or apply discounts after purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders may be shipped from Bali, Australia or the United States.
We offer free shipping on all full price items. Shipping costs will apply to sale items and will be calculated at checkout.
We cover applicable US tariffs. For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or tariffs that may apply.
State taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any items sent back to us.
We are required to declare the full value of all international shipments.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from issue.
They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credit is issued via email and can be used across multiple purchases.

VINTAGE

All vintage items are final sale.
No returns or exchanges.
Vintage pieces may show signs of wear. This is not considered a fault.

SIZE & FIT
We provide measurements and sizing guidance on each product page.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Exchanges are available in line with our returns policy above.
If you are unsure, please contact customer care prior to purchasing.

MADE TO ORDER CHANGES
Made To Order orders cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Requests to change size or style are not guaranteed.
Once production has commenced, no changes can be made.

COMBINED ORDERS
Orders containing both in-stock and Made To Order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
We do not split shipments unless arranged and paid for separately.

SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PARCELS
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays in transit.
If a parcel is lost, customers must contact the shipping provider using their tracking details.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.
These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.
We offer free shipping on all full price items. Shipping costs will apply to sale items and will be calculated at checkout.
We cover applicable US tariffs. For all other countries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or tariffs that may apply.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or failed delivery:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from store credit

FAULTS
All fault claims must be assessed and approved by our team.
Damage caused by wear and tear or incorrect care is not considered a fault.

CARE
Care instructions must be followed.
We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
