Estimated shipment dates for pre-sale garments can be found at the end of the description. These dates are ESTIMATES ONLY. We can not guarantee specific delivery dates for any garment due to our Fair Trade production agreement - ensuring decent working conditions, honouring the human element, and respecting the nature of artisan craft.
Customers are always welcome to reach out to customer service for updates and we update the estimates in the product description on our website.

RETURNS
We at Chasing Unicorns hope you love your beautiful, handmade garment. However, if you are unhappy, you are welcome to return your purchase for a size exchange (if in stock) or credit note.
Please be mindful when choosing your keepsake Chasing Unicorns piece, as we do not offer refunds. A refund is only provided when an item is deemed as faulty, and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange. A full priced item purchased with promotional code qualifies as sale item.
All purchases made through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Chasing Unicorns. We may reject your order for any reason any time prior to shipping. A refund or store credit will be issued in this instance.
We cannot accept liability for any item until it is returned and meets the following criteria:
- Customer care was contacted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel;
- The item(s) was received by us within 14 days of delivery (please note, we understand delays may occur during transit);
- Goods must be in original condition with all tags intact. Items soiled with makeup, dirt, food, tanning products, etc, will not be accepted.
Chasing Unicorns retains the right to repair any damaged garment. We also offer an alteration service, which can be purchased for a small fee HERE. Please note, altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING
We ship express via FedEx or DHL depending on the shipping location. You'll be notified via email with a tracking number when your package is on its way.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not issue refunds for change of mind or cancellations. You are welcome to cancel your purchase prior to shipment for store credit.
SALES & DISCOUNT CODES
Please note that Chasing Unicorns cannot backdate promotional codes or sales on pre-existing purchases.
We take no responsibility for promotional codes that were not applied during the checkout process, and discounts cannot be refunded after the fact. If you are having troubles with a code, please contact customer service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please be aware that Chasing Unicorns is shipped directly to you from our artisans in Bali. Using FedEx Express. Otherwise, it will be shipped from our warehouse in Byron Bay using Dhl. By placing an order with Chasing Unicorns, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees and the cost of shipping back to Chasing Unicorns if returning a garment. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments.
CREDIT NOTES
Chasing Unicorns credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. You can contact customer care if you need to extend the expiration date.
Credit notes are issued via gift certificate sent directly to your inbox, which contact a unique code to be entered at checkout. Credit is stored on the code so you may use it all at once, or across multiple orders.
VINTAGE
Our vintage garments cannot be returned our exchanged. Vintage has lived an incredible life - there are always going to be subtle signs of wear. We would never sell anything we would not wear ourselves.
