We at Chasing Unicorns hope you love your beautiful, handmade garment. However, if your piece isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a size exchange (if available) or credit note.
Please be mindful when choosing your keepsake Chasing Unicorns piece, as we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided where an item is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Chasing Unicorns retains the right to repair or replace any damaged garment.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All Chasing Unicorns garments are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high standards are maintained. In the unlikely event that your garment arrives faulty, contact customer service at: info@chasingunicornsthelabel.com with relevant photos of the fault for our team to review.

We cannot accept liability for any item until it is returned and meets the following criteria:
-The return is lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
-The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
-Items must be unworn and free from makeup, dirt, food, tanning products, perfume or other marks.
- The garment has not been altered in any way.
