Orders are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday.
We are not able to ship to PO Box or parcel lockers and thank you for your understanding.
We offer free shipping from our flagship store for purchases made in Bali. Your order will be delivered via GoJek.
Preorder purchases are provided with a shipping estimate in the product description, if the estimate varies it will be updated there. As all of our pieces are individually handmade one after another, shipping will be ongoing. As the shipping dates are estimates they may vary due to the artisan and fair trade nature of our production.
We will ship your order with FedEx Express or Dhl Express depending on your location. All orders are currently shipping from our Bali store and occasionally from our space in Byron Bay.
We do not offer combined shipping and cannot hold garments to do so.
Chasing Unicorns is legally required to declare the total value of each purchase and provide a commercial invoice if required.
By placing an order that requires international shipping, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable customs taxes and import duties, and if necessary, the return shipping back to Chasing Unicorns.
If you choose to use a third party shipper, you forfeit the option to return your garment.
