RETURNS POLICY
We at Chasing Unicorns hope you love your beautiful, handmade garment. However, if your piece isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a SIZE EXCHANGE (if available) or STORE CREDIT.
Please be mindful when choosing your keepsake Chasing Unicorns piece, as we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided where an item is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Make a Return
If you would like to return your item, all returns must be lodged through our Start A Return Page, where you will be guided through the return process and provided with a postage label.
Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Your return must meet the following conditions:
– The return is lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
– The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
– Items must be unworn and free from makeup, dirt, food, tanning products, perfume or other marks.
– The garment has not been altered in any way.
– The item is returned using the postage label provided through our Returns Portal.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your size exchange (if available) or credit note.
All Chasing Unicorns garments are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high standards are maintained. In the unlikely event that your garment arrives faulty, please log your return through our Returns Portal and upload relevant photos of the fault for our team to review. Chasing Unicorns reserves the right to repair or replace a damaged or faulty garment where possible. A refund will only be provided where an item is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
